As freelancer I now develop new concepts in consulting. My main interest is to give (inter)cultural aspects more concern and use them as a powerful mover in change processes. I am exploring the role Art can play in change processes. Nevertheless my expertise in marketing, strategy development with a focus on financial industries and civil society is still keeping me busy.

As Coordinator of GIZ Civil Society Support in Ghana I am responsible for the development of the Sector . This encompasses both the strategy and the staff aspect. Thus I am busy with the search for the right partner organisations, the joint project planning and monitoring as well as with recruitment and the supervision of technical advisors who are assigned to GIZ partner organisations from the Ghanaian Civil Society

Im a working as adviser to board and mangement. My mission is to support the organisation in implementing her strategic development plan.

As a Managemenent consultant I managed change projects in regional banks (Savings Banks). Focussed on sales and distribution the projects covered a a wide range from pricing policy and product design to structural reorganization of the bank. The main focus was on implementation, thus including a project design of structured participation for organizational change, follow-ups, and trainings.
